Fractional Tech CFO…
Matthew met Dhosjan Greenaway-Dalini in 2008 — she was a classmate during his MBA at Imperial College Business School.
Most recently Dhosjan has been VP of Finance and Revenue Operations at cutover, a platform to standardise and automate tech operations. Dhosjan has always been in a finance or commercial role so she’s tech-savvy, loves data and a bit of an Excel daemon.

Katie met Tom Kristensen in 2012 when they both worked at the same VC.
Since then Tom is has worked in food & hospitality and has taken companies from startup to exit, mostly notably working with Saiphin Moore the founder of Rosa’s Thai as CFO and working as Fractional CFO at TiPJAR (Tom was as investor in both businesses too!).

Laura Harnett is the founder of Seep, a B-Corp that’s cleaning up cleaning up1.
Laura had a background in the consumer and retail industry (Selfridges, Kingfisher), as an advisor (Deloitte, Booz) and angel investor backing female-led tech businesses. She first came along to a 9others dinner in June 2021, after meeting Matthew as a co-investor in another startup, Stitched.
Seep makes eco-friendly cleaning products, such as natural cellulose sponges, biodegradable bin liners and all-purpose cloths made from loofah. All products are 100% plastic-free and compostable. The name is an acronym for Sustainable Everyday Essential Products, an idea born of frustration when founder Laura and her husband were unable to find eco-conscious essentials at their usual retailers.
Now Laura is hiring a Brand & Content Lead to work alongside her and the team. Whoever gets the role will work on a number of brand and marketing projects across Seeps’s retail, Amazon and D2C channels.
