Raj Hayer first joined us for the 9others Winter Party on 30th November 2017 — eek, 9 years ago! And even though she lives in Munich she’s been a huge support to the community, coming back & forth all throughout those years to attend the summer parties, winter parties and dinners.
So we wanted to tell you about Raj’s recently released book: ‘Every Voice Matters: Social Leadership for Inclusive Innovation’.
The book is about identifying cognitive diversity for inclusive innovation and amplifying voices to instigate change, so it is no surprise that her network amplified their voices and drove her book to become a bestseller in five countries, in the first week of release!
And while the 11 #1 spot, and 26 top ten spots in categories like business, communications, leadership and management is just superb, what it solidified was the need for this topic, and Raj’s commitment to inspiring people to raise their voices.
