Nicola Forbes-Taylor has joined us for meals with 9others, was at our most recent Summer Party and so we wanted to share more about what she does...
Katie has worked with Nicola, so can vouch for her expertise and professionalism. What Katie and Nicola worked on was a ‘Leadership Audit’, which is designed to help evaluate someone’s own particular leadership style rather than adopt someone else’s.

I have more than 15 years’ experience of developing powerful leaders, creating trust-based relationships and high performing cultures.
I have a passion for working in early stage tech and fintech companies. I understand the HR and people pressures facing business leaders who are challenged to grow, return profit, and drive a higher valuation — all while building a motivated and talented team.
Having worked with over 80 leaders to be the best they can be I seek to understand and develop their self-awareness and interpersonal power for clients to lead their way.
I’m also a stand-up comedian [!! - Ed] so I can bring in the comedic side of life as well as the serious stuff in the bespoke training and development I offer.
