Starting in earnest in early 2023 Michael started hosting regular events for ambitious agency folks to learn from each other, share challenges and opportunities, and to meet others in the same boat.
The themes that are commonly discussed are around building effective sales teams and tactics, optimising operations, attracting top talent, maximising profits, keeping clients smiling and all the other essentials for success... ideally without losing your marbles!
Who are the events for?
Primarily for agency owners, directors and decision makers, the events are a safe space for senior members of the team to discuss triumphs and challenges together. Sometimes there are larger events that Michael opens up to a broader range of agency professionals, and the criteria for each is listed on the event page.
