Alan Newton is Co-founder and COO of E X P L O R E (currently raising 👀), first came to a meal with 9others back in October 2023 and has been to the Summer and Winter Parties since.
With over 25 years in leadership and 10 years as a startup founder, Alan also has an established coaching practice through which he helps aspiring entrepreneurs and founders focus on balancing ambition with wellbeing.
Been there, done that
After experiencing and navigating burnout in 2019-20 whilst scaling his startup, Alan knows how challenging it can be to halt the spiral, take stock and realign.
It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be. Alan believes if you surround yourself with the right team of mentors, coaches and guides, you can achieve anything you set your mind to!
