Meet Raj Hayer: Founder, Speaker & Coach
British born but working as a project manager for 20 years in Canada, Raj Hayer is a founder, speaker, moderator and coach companies big & small all across Europe. In amongst all that globetrotting Raj has been a 9others regular since 2017, introduced countless other amazing people, and most recently flew over from Germany to come to the 2024 Winter Party (more on that here).
Raj loves putting on bespoke and unforgettable events for those big & small clients, but she also does exec coaching (which makes sense when you have as much knowledge and insight as Raj!).

So that’s what we wanted to share with you today. Raj’s executive coaching uses the Motive Structure Analysis (MSA) framework and, having delved into the following topics in recent years, she’s up for any leadership challenge you can throw at her:

Career transition — helping you deeply understand your motivational paradigms and then helping you take your first steps to transition.

Her creds include delivering talks and workshops for Siemens, Google, Puma, Dassault Systemès, 3DEXCITE, Allianz Capital Partners, Mobilexpense, VDMA Robotics and Automation and more, as well as collaborating and partnering with in-house DEI initiatives and social leadership programs.
Throughout all her work there is one underlying theme, and that’s helping others to succeed. When at a crossroads people often just need the right voice of encouragement for the next step in the journey.
