#DeepResearch
Back in November 2021 Abhishek Kumar came to his first meal with 9others — it was one of a special few we hosted around Web3, NFTs and DAOs (remember all that?!).
While still working full-time Abhishek started a terrific Substack called “Steal My Marketing” and was kind enough to interview Matthew — here — for the associated podcast. His no nonsense approach, rapid thinking and flurry of ideas is infectious and as a result of going deep with so many interesting people, hearing their stories and some amazing hacks Abhishek wanted to do more for founders and their startups.
Enter, Deep Research. Now over to Abhishek…
Hi everyone,
Deep Research was born after I discovered that founders didn’t have a lot of time or resources to quickly gather and sift through customer data and extract the right insights that could take their business to the next level. I realised that I could be the partner they needed who could harness the full potential of customer interview calls.
So I set up Deep Research and created a framework and process for customer interviews and market research that extracts a wealth of valuable information from your users — fast — including:
Your ideal customer profile and how to reach out to them.
Feature prioritisation recommendations for your development team.
Surfacing the right Product Messaging and Positioning for improving user onboarding, activation, and reducing churn.
Highlighting the features you should emphasise in your marketing and website copy.
Giving you an array of marketing (copy, channel, and plan) recommendations.
Gathering testimonials and case studies from your best customers.
Discovering new use cases.
Highlighting partnership opportunities.
You can book a free consultation with me here to learn more about how Deep Research can help your business.
What can we do?
Below are the kinds of projects Deep Research has delivered recently:
A travel company in Malaysia wanted to buy a travel SaaS product and needed a broad overview of the travel trends in the US along with 30 startups building products that tie to those trends.
A software company in the US with 9,000 paid subscribers wanted to understand what most of their users were like, the features they loved (and hated) in the product, some new use cases, and to hear about growth opportunities in their most lucrative niches.
A founder in the US wanted to build a product for tax accountants. They needed a detailed report on the depth of the need, the competitors in the market, the features their core users would actually love and a recommendation if they should spend months and thousands of dollars building something in the space.
If you like the sound of the above please book in a call here.
I’m also offering a 10% discount to the 9others community — valid until Friday 30th June: 9others
Thanks,
Abhishek
