On Monday 13th January 2025 Katie and I made something we had been doing anyway into Founders Focus.
Founders Focus is a membership program from 9others; a space for you to carve out time to work on the hard things that really matter.
If you sign up this is what you will get:

A weekly Google Meet session every Monday at 9:45-11:00am (UK time) for all members.
A private Slack channel for you to discuss and continue the work.
How it works
First 15 minutes:
10:00am - 10:55am: Focus! Do the work!
Last 5 minutes: Did you do it? More to do?
Continue the work: Discuss more and help each other in the Private Slack Channel.
